2. Brace Canyon Park

4. Walt Disney Studios
Walt Disney Studios lies in the southern part of Burbank. The success of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs helped Walt Disney establish the Burbank studio. This production lot is not open to the general public, but Disney D23 Club members can take tours online. Visitors on the VIP trip will learn about Disney’s history, the man and the empire, and their role in the growth of Burbank. In pace with technological advancements, Disney Burbank now houses the Infinity Stage. This one-of-a-kind film stage was created for The Mandalorian by Industrial Light & Magic.
5. Burbank Farmers Market
Burbank Farmers Market is an amazing neighbourhood market in a county known for its farmer’s markets. Visitors are welcome to peruse the stalls for baked products, fresh flowers, eggs, honey, fruits, and veggies on a weekly basis. Yogurt, BBQ, fresh fish, hot meals, salsas, and soaps are among the non-agricultural products available on the market. A communal gain, this is one of the nicest things to do in Burbank on a Saturday morning, rain or shine.
6. Burbank Aviation Museum
Burbank became one of the twentieth century’s aviation hubs in the United States. The Burbank Aviation Museum was to commemorate Burbank’s aviation history. The Portal of Folded Wings is a 75-foot-tall domed archway located in Valhalla Memorial Park and Cemetery. This huge monument, made of mosaic and marble, stands at the cemetery’s entrance. It is home to the ashes of 15 aviation pioneers. One of the most well-known is a replica of the Challenger Space Shuttle.
7. Gordon R. Howard Museum
The Gordon R. Howard Museum, located in George Izay Park, chronicles the history of Burbank. This old Victorian-style mansion of Gordon R. Howard, now owned by the Burbank Historical Society, was in 1887. It is with antique cars, monuments, and old mementos from Disney and the city. It is the first of two museums in the complex. Many exhibitions depict the city’s founders’ lives and their larger-than-life personalities. Another exhibit, the Memorabilia Room, displays images dating back more than a century.
8. Hollywood Sign
The Hollywood Sign is around eight miles south of downtown Burbank. The short trek from Burbank to see this cultural icon and National monument is well worth it. Of course, the sign has a fascinating backstory. Harvey Wilcox, a businessman, founded a little town in 1887. His wife gave it the name Hollywood. Los Angeles grew as a result of the expanding film industry. The sign used 4,000 20-watt bulbs. At night, the sign flashed “Holly,” “Wood,” and “Land.”
9. Martial Arts History Museum
Martial arts are a combination of ancient philosophy, discipline, and self-defenses. There are several varieties, such as Asian teachings from China, Japan, Thailand, and the Philippines. And the Martial Arts History Museum is an excellent place to educate children about all of them. Dragon Fest is also held at the Martial Arts Museum. This well-attended yearly convention focuses on martial arts, comics, anime, and cosplay. Do you need to refuel? Consider the Palm Coffee Bar Cafe. This trendy coffee cafe is a few blocks west of the museum.
10. Stough Canyon Nature Center
The Stough Canyon Nature Centre is a fantastic all-day free activity. It offers many one-of-a-kind possibilities to learn about the neighbouring Verdugo Mountains. Indoor workshops, day camps, and self-tours are available. There are also interactive nature hikes that focus on native fauna and flowers. There are even night-time astronomy sessions with breathtaking mountain vistas. A 6.8-mile out-and-back trail connects the Stough Canyon Nature Centre and the adjoining La Tuna Canyon for hikers. The path is difficult and takes four hours to complete. But it is steep, with a 2000-foot elevation rise.
11. Wildwood Canyon Park
One of the many enjoyable Burbank activities is Wildwood Canyon Park. It is well-known for its large open green spaces. The park is off Harvard Road in Burbank, upstream from the DeBell Disc Golf Course. It leads to a succession of hiking routes with varied degrees of difficulty. One two-mile moderate walk offers beautiful views of the Verdugo Mountains and Burbank, as well as fields of native wildflowers.
12. Urban Press Winery
